Spirea x Bumalda Magic Carpet 2 Gal

Compact, round, mound form shrub with foliage that emerges vibrant red and become either light green in part-shade, or bright yellow in full sun. Clusters of bright pink flowers open in early summer with intermittent blooms occurring until late fall. A great way to brighten your space when planted in mass, shrub boarders, low hedges, foundation plantings, or simply as a specimen. 

Full sun. Average, rich, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 3-8.

Attracts pollinators, deer resistant, erosion, clay and air pollution tolerant. 

Blooms on new wood - if needed, prune in late winter/ early spring.
