Grass Pennisetum Alopecuroides Burgundy Bunny

Small fountain grass with reddish stems.  Tawny colored, cascading plumes appear in late summer. Blooms heavily.  Warm season- divide or plant in late spring or early summer. Tolerant of a wide range of soil types. Grow in full sun or light shade in well drained soil.  Zone 5-9. Perfect as a naturalizing edging plant, ground cover, or in the front of a sunny border. Excellent for the rock garden, or as a container plant.
