Evergreen chartreuse leaves are very aromatic and form a really attractive natural looking compact bush. This is a flowering shrub but it’s mainly grown for its foliage. The stems turn red as cooler temperatures set in in the fall. small white fragrant flowers. Use in the shrub border, against a fence, wall, or other wind break as this plant does prefer warmer climates. Locating it near the house will also allow you to enjoy its heady fragrance.
Prune to shape in the spring if desired.
