Vitex Agnus-castus Summertime Blues 2 Gal

'Summertime Blues' is an improved Vitex, with its increased cold hardiness and a more manageable size. This upright dense shrub produces extremely fragrant light green foliage and sterile lavender flower spikes that bloom atop in midsummer. A magnificent specimen, and looks awesome in boarders and hedges. 

Full sun. Average, moist, well-draining soils. Zone 5-9.

Attracts pollinators, drought tolerant once established. 

Blooms on new wood - if needed, prune in spring before flowering.
