Strong selection of a favorite fragrant deciduous viburnum. Fine texture and an oval habit. Burgundy fall color excellent. Red berries in the fall. Plant where fragrance can be enjoyed. Pink buds form in April producing fragrant hemispheric white snowball flowers in early May. Adapts easily to climate and cultural conditions. Favors moist acid to neutral soils in full sun or part shade. The more sun the more blooms. My experience suggests it doesn’t like wet feet.
Zone 4-8. Blooms on old wood.
