This epimedium almost appears to float over the large rough foliage that emerges in spring. The leaves are mottled with red. Moist to average humus-rich soil in partial to full shade. Once established will do well in dry shade. Plant around specimen plants in your shade garden or use as a groundcover around deciduous trees. Plant with hosta, tiarella, pulmonaria, woodland phlox and ferns. Deer and Rabbit Resistant.
