Epimedium Ã— perralchicum 'Frohnleiten' is an evergreen perennial that loves Full to Part Shade and average, dry to medium moist, yet well-drained soil. They bloom in Spring with a delicate yellow flower on top of spiny green foliage. New foliage emerges green with a bronze marbling that transforms to a true green. In fall, the bronze marbling returns for a lovely autumn show. These clumping perennials grow 0.5-1 foot tall and 1-1.5 foot wide. Epimediums are a great addition to any Shady Spring Garden.
