A ground cover plant that spreads to form groups of semi-evergreen large, firm, heart shaped, toothed leaflets, on fine wiry stems. Spidery flowers are held on arching stems. Well drained soil in light shade. Once established will thrive in dry shade. Performs admirably under mature trees where llittle else will grow. Plant with hosta, disporum, galium, lamium, euphorbia robbiae, and iris cristata.
