One of our favorite plants. Succulent blue-green leaves on thick stems. Has a tendency to creep rather than stand erect or clump. Has bright yellow flowers. Does best in well drained, average to rich soils in sun or partial shade, very drought tolerant. Zone 5-9. Use in front of a border, in rock gardens. Does well when planted with dwarf conifers, dianthus, mountain pink, rock cress, and sedums.
TOXIC: Caution-skin and eye irritant/toxic if eaten, wear gloves when handling.
