Resilient and adaptable, this native’s is ready to deliver epic contrasts of bright yellow flowers atop deep purple, burgundy, green foliage almost anywhere you put it. Effective as a border, to fill a large difficult sites, and makes for an excellent ground cover.        

Drought tolerant, erosion control, attracts pollinators including hummingbirds, deer resistant. 

Full Sun-full shade. Average, moist-dry, well-draining soil. Zones 5-7.

Blooms on new wood - prune in early spring to increase shrub density.
