Blooming a bit later than other Mountain Laurels, ‘Olympic Fire’s’ pink flower clusters cover this upright, rounded evergreen shrub from May to June. A great native way to add color and brighten your shady area. We recommend this shrub for borders, naturalistic woodland gardens or as a specimen.
Attracts pollinators.
Part sun/shade. Hummus-rich, acidic, moist, well-draining soil. Zone 4-8.
Apply mulch to keep roots cool.
Apply acidic fertilizer after blooming finishes in early summer.
